Responsibilities:
  • Assist M&E Manager in coordinating M&E specific works on site.
  • Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for ontime completion.
  • Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality.
  • Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO and responsible for clearing QA/QC inspections to meet with construction schedule.
  • Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices.
  • To check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E subcontractor/NSC vendors progress payments incl. instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by subcontractors and vendors
  • Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
  • Responsible for attendance to daily site coordination meeting and provide detail coordination with sub-contractors.
Requirements:
  • Possess Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating and supervising M&E services and/or building-related projects.
  • Proficiency in BIM and AUTOCAD will be added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to clients and subcontractors, ensuring that updated drawings are issued.
  • Prepare method of statement and work procedures.
  • Ensure work is executed according to the method statements.
  • Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to update project progress.
  • Coordinate construction activities to comply with QOSHE (Quality, Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment) requirements.
  • Conduct project risk impact assessments.
  • Review construction drawings for accuracy.
  • Manage the procurement of resources, and monitor and control material usage on-site to prevent unnecessary wastage or incorrect use.
  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating with consultants on change orders.
  • Organize labor, equipment, and materials for daily site activities.
  • Perform material receiving inspections and maintain material records, ensuring all delivery orders are returned to HQ for documentation.
  • Prepare daily reports, and perform and maintain inspection records.
  • Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
  • Possess Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experiences in building-related projects.
  • Experienced in project management will be added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
